Here are some questions to ask when reserving an RV rental.
• What year is the unit?
° Pro RV only rents new models
• How many miles/generator miles does it have?
° We only rent low mileage units so you have peace of mind throughout your trip.
• Do I receive a one on one personal checkout on the day that I pick up the RV?
° A certified RV technician is assigned to you on the day you check out. We will take as long as you need to make sure you know everything you need to enjoy your new home away from home.
• Do I have the cell number of an owner to call 24 hours a day with any concerns while on my trip?
° You have immediate access to our staff at all times!
• Do you allow smoking in your rentals?
° All of our units are non smoking and thoroughly detailed before every trip.
• Will you be able to make after hour appointments for pick up and drop off to meet my schedule?
° We allow drop offs by appointment to accommodate your schedule.

Rental Policies
$500 required at time of reservation. Refundable within 5 business days of return providing the vehicle is clean inside, no evidence of pets is found, no excess mileage or generator charges apply, gas tank is full and the vehicle is not damaged or abused.
All fees are payable by CASH, CERTIFIED BANK CHECK, OR ON A MAJOR CREDIT CARD. Full payment is due on day of departure ie, balance of rental fee, security and estimated mileage charge, insurance, etc. Fees are subject to a State Sales Tax of 10%.
Your security deposit may be credited against charges due to us. This includes any damages, toll expenses, excess cleaning charges, excess mileage and generator use.
3 day minimum rental period.
ALL DRIVERS MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE.
Pickup time is between 10am to 2pm and return time is 12 pm at the latest.
No vehicle may be picked up on Sunday or Monday or returned on Sunday. The renter will be charged $25 per hour for a vehicle returned late and 1-1/2 the daily rental rate for each day the vehicle is late. REMEMBER – Other people may be waiting for the vehicle.
No weekend or holiday pick up or returns. NO EXCEPTIONS. No smoking in units. Please contact us for our pet policy.
No rentals to Mexico and Death Valley.

Gasoline in the RV is released full and must be returned full. If not, the renter will be charged a $50 service charge to fill the gasoline tank plus the cost of gas at $5 per gallon.
If breakdowns occur and repairs are needed: Any repair under $200 may be done. Any repair over $200 must have prior authorization from Pro RV Rentals. Please save and submit all receipts for repairs. Refunds will not be made without a receipt.
You receive 150 miles free for each night that you rent. Additional mileage is charged at $0.35/mile up to an average of 250/miles per night and $0.70/mile for the average nightly miles above 250. All travel destinations must be disclosed and approved prior to reservation.
The vehicle is not allowed to tow any other vehicle or trailer.
All rentals must be canceled 30 days prior to the day of pick up. For cancellations within 30 days of departure your $500 deposit will be forfeited.
